Enjoy Cooking and tasting.  *********************************************************** Ingredients for Pirandai Thuvaiyal | Pirandai Chutney in Tamil | Calcium Rich Foods ************************************************************ Pirandai - 1 Cup Sesame Oil - As Required Green Chilli - 2 Nos. Red Chilli - 8 Nos. Ginger - Little Garlic - Little Salt- As Required Turmeric Powder - 1 Spoon Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves - Little Tomato - 2 Nos Tamarind - 1 Lemon Size Coconut - 1/2 Cup Vadaam, Curry Leaves - For Tempering  Preparation Time: 20 minutes   Cooking Time:  10 minutes  *********************************************************** Cooking Method for Pirandai Thuvaiyal | Pirandai Chutney in Tamil | Calcium Rich Foods ************************************************************ Step: 1. Saute Pirandai, Turmeric, Salt Separately using sesame oil and keep it aside seperately.  Step: 2. Add the rest of the things in the oil - coconut, redchilli, green chilli, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves, tomato, tamarind, salt as required and saute it well. Step: 3. Only finely sauted, add the previously sauted pirandai mixture to it.  Step: 4. Let it saute well for 1 more minute. Keep it aside, cool it and make it a coarse paste. Step: 5. Add temperings like vadaam and curry leaves and give the chutney a good cook. Step: 6. Our Pirandai Thuvaiyal is ready to be served with hot idli, dosa or chapathi.
